Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Please return the defective/damaged/incorrect item(s) back to us for a full refund.
You must return all of the material for which you are seeking credit. For example, if you return 50 percent of a roll of film, you will receive a 50 percent refund.
Allow 1-2 weeks for a refund to go through.

Any and all custom pre-cut tint sales are final. Exchanges/refunds can ONLY be issued on defective items, wrong items shipped, and/or damaged items during shipping. This policy is in place as we cannot reuse custom made precuts that were made for that specific customer.
If a pre-cut did arrive defective/wrong/damaged, pictures of the error are required as the first step of the warranty process. Then a refund or replacement can be processed.
